Who is Landie Stevens?

With more than 27 years of experience in sales, business management, coaching, training, and consulting, Landie is a seasoned professional who has held senior management roles for 17 years and currently runs her own coaching and consulting platform. Over the years, she has managed teams ranging from four to 250 members across various industries, giving her an in-depth understanding of sales and management principles that enable her to assist individuals in various positions, such as Sales Management, CEO, MD, or CFO among others.

Landie is passionate about coaching and equipping sales managers and business owners from diverse backgrounds, especially those who have advanced without formal guidance or training. She possesses a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and what it takes for managers to drive success. Landie has implemented proven methodologies and measurement tools tailored to specific industries and companies, ensuring sustainable and effective solutions.

With a keen eye for identifying underlying concerns and overlooked areas, Landie brings a fresh perspective to uncover potential pitfalls and provide solutions. Her analytical skills and ability to address both personal and process-related issues have earned her a reputation as a trusted problem solver. Who is Henry Stevens?

Henry Stevens has had an impressive operational career, starting from humble beginnings loading trucks as a student, to managing a large workforce of over 350 staff. His unique combination of practical and strategic expertise allows him to anticipate and account for challenges that may arise while pursuing strategic objectives. Henry has experience working in a wide range of operational industries, including transport, production, and manufacturing, which he draws upon to design best practice solutions that not only ensure efficiency but also drive effective growth.

One of Henry’s key strengths is his ability to interpret complex data and information, enabling him to help you to uncover the story behind the obvious. He excels at creating order out of chaos and is skilled at identifying bottlenecks and developing streamlined processes to overcome them. Henry has a talent for analysing data, understanding the story it tells, and thinking dynamically and creatively without being unrealistic. He has a strong grasp of systems and their intended purpose, which enables him to design or document processes and supporting systems to drive better outcomes.

Henry has provided coaching and advisory services to senior managers across a wide range of industries. His approach involves identifying the true operational needs of the organization and providing practical solutions to address them. In addition to problem-solving, Henry is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders.
